Self-love is a vital requirement for dedicating the time and energy required to transform health. Please give yourself a boost right now with a twenty- to thirty-second (4-6 deep breaths) self-hug while stroking your upper arms to increase the 'love hormone' oxytocin.
Not only does this elevate your mood, this feeling increases relaxation, good positive thinking and well-being in general. Daily contact with supportive friends and family increases self-love too. Ensure you take time to cultivate these relationships regularly.

I find there's something quite meditative and fun about creating and eating artistically-presented food, why not give it a go and see how you feel next time you're putting food on your plate? My hot tip is to sit down in front of your food and take two slow deep breaths to enhance your digestion before eating 💗
