Self-Love 💫
Self-love is a vital requirement for dedicating the time and energy required to transform health. Please give yourself a boost right now with a twenty- to thirty-second (4-6 deep breaths) self-hug while stroking your upper arms to increase the 'love hormone' oxytocin. Not only does this elevate your mood, this feeling increases relaxation, good positive thinking and well-being in general.
Daily contact with supportive friends and family increases self-love too. Ensure you take time to cultivate these relationships regularly.

My Morning Routine
Part 1 - Meditation
Studies suggest regular meditation increases daily calm and slows aging.
Alternative: a heartfelt prayer
Part 2 - Lemon Water 🍋
1/4 lemon juice diluted in a large glass of filtered water
