My Journey

I was first inspired to study nutrition after experiencing its positive effects on my own depression, and from witnessing how dietary changes helped calm the hyperactive behaviour of a child in my care.

I began practising in 2004 after graduating in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster in London. In 2023, I completed a master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition to further deepen my research and clinical knowledge in preparation for a future PhD.

Today, I support adults and young people both online and from my practice in North West London. My special interests include mood, energy, gut health, ADHD, blood sugar balance and healthy ageing. My approach combines evidence-informed nutrition with compassionate, practical support tailored to each individual.

I also enjoy organic gardening, yoga, meditation, ballet and design.
